Who are we?

We’re a small family-and-friends team based in New Zealand.

We’re always testing, playing, and learning along the way.

Where is your stock?
All of our stock is in New Zealand and ready to ship (unless otherwise stated).

 

Which courier do you use?

We use NZ Post Express Couriers for 99% of orders.

  • We grant Authority to Leave on all shipments unless a signature is requested.

  • Please provide a safe delivery address (workplace or PO Box recommended).

Can I choose a different courier?
Yes, you can request a preferred courier. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Packaging

We use compostable or recyclable packaging whenever possible.
 

How fast will I get my order?

  • Orders are usually dispatched the same or next business day.

  • Delivery is typically 1–3 business days after purchase.

  • Rural delivery may take a little longer.
     

Can I pick up my order?
Pick-ups are available for orders over $400. Contact us to arrange this.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products come with a minimum 1-year warranty.

 

What if something goes wrong after the sale?
We try to keep a stock of parts for what we sell. If we don’t have what you need, we can usually source it.

 

Are you GST registered?
Yes.


 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
 

How long do I have to return something?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

What's your returns process?

  • Contact us first to get things started.

  • For faulty or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • For "change of mind" returns, you’ll need to cover return shipping, Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all manuals, chargers, and accessories.
     

How do I send a return?
Use your local Post Office. If it’s a faulty item, we’ll send you a pre-paid label.

Proof of postage is recommended.
 

Will you refund shipping charges?
If the item was faulty or incorrect, yes. For "change of mind" returns, shipping is non-refundable.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
